4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Project Cancellation: For project-based services, if a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any upfront deposit may be forfeited to cover work already completed.
  • Fault-Based Refunds: Refunds will be provided only if there is a demonstrated fault on our side that prevents the delivery of the agreed-upon service as specified in the project proposal.
  • Ongoing Services: Monthly fees for ongoing services (e.g., maintenance, hosting) are non-refundable once the service period has begun, unless a fault on our side prevents service delivery.
